Why some ingredients are missing
This site only uses weights USDA actually lists for a cup or tablespoon. For baking soda (FDC 175040) and baking powder (FDC 172803), FoodData Central lists only teaspoon portions (1 tsp = 4.6 g for each), so they have no cup page here.
